Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Equipment Inspection

We want your gear to be perfect before you hit the trail. If your pack arrives with a manufacturing defect or is not the right fit for your frame, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We offer size exchanges or store credit for items that are in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

3.2 Inspection & Condition Standards

To maintain the quality of our gear for all explorers:

  • Original Condition: Bags must be returned clean, unworn, and with all internal organizers and tags attached.
  • Accessories: For hygiene and safety, small accessories like travel pillows or water bottles cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened.
  • Shipping: The cost of return shipping for “change of mind” or size exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

3.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds for defective gear are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality control team in Islamabad inspects the return.
